About Us

Michelle Hodges has a higher standard of ethics and professionalism. She has earned a reputation of being both kind-hearted yet strong willed. She strives for excellence in everything she does because “I have a passion for helping poeple and I love real estate. I love that it’s my job to help promote a smooth buying/selling transaction, and it's my job to enhance my client’s revenue,” she says.

Hodges has a diverse background. She is a California native, having worked many years in bustling cities like Los Angeles and San Diego. She purchased her first home at the young age of nineteen and has extensive experience in marketing and promotions. This background gives her clients an upper hand, as she is quick to notice trends and capitalize on them. She is also skilled at negotiating and networking, and exceeds service standards.

Hodges is socially diverse and well traveled. She speaks German, some Spanish, and enjoys meeting and working with a diverse range of clients, especially those migrating to Arizona. She stays up-to-date about the market and enjoys reading about different cultures, philosophies, and economics.

"Buying and selling property is not a light decision. Real estate transactions are life-changing and people want someone looking out for them. I take my client’s needs seriously and ensure that they are getting what they want and in the time they want it,” Hodges says.

Our Services

Market Watch

Making an educated decision requires regular study of the dynamics that exist within the real estate market. Through all of these analyses, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) can be identified. Market analysis also documents the investigation of a market and helps identify activities, particularly accounting for supply and demand.

Property Watch

Inquiries on a subject property is only one part of the process of discovering your needs as a buyer/seller. Additional information about a property is crucial and it's not accurately reported on sites like Zillow and Trulia. As part of the home-buying/selling process, an agent can better carry out a variety of 'searches' with search tools that are not available to the public.
